Similar to all of our sauces and salsas, we use hints of tropical fruit even in sauces where you wouldn't expect it. This salsa is great for those who want the great taste of a homemade salsa without having to burn your tongue off.  Originally developed for my mom who struggles with even the most mild heat.  I wanted her to be able to enjoy the sauce I was creating for the rest of my friends and family.  It was an immediate success and she loves it as much as we do!
